Regardless of wether things get worse ie badge change etc, I don't like the idea that some business man in let's say the Middle East who doesn't know much about hull city, has communications with the club..in these communications we are referred to as hull city tigers and because he doesn't know our football team has a different name he proceeds to call us hull city tigers and then so do his friends and colleagues. I call Steve McDonald from corrie..Steve McDonald. If I saw him in real life I'd say look there's Steve McDonald...it's not his name and it would probably bug him but because he's called Steve in what you could call his "business" it sticks.
You seem to believe any ****e that's fed to you on the internet. I've not seen anyone quote anything word for word from either the Allams or our commercial team, that was first hand that suggests the club is changing its name on the pitch, the colours of the team or the badge the players run out with. Yet you call me gullible.
So what you're saying is, if people agree with you, they're right, if they don't, they're wrong and dim. You must be a laugh a minute to work for.
It would appear that people forget who owns he club and who have paid £50 million for the right to own it when they could easily have waited a couple of days for it to go into admin and ten picked it up for a song. I didn't see anyone on here offering to put their hands in their pocket to save the club, the Allam's did even though they found out that it was going to cost them a lot more. There are certain members on here who are going to mistrust and call them in whatever they do or say, they have got us a decent manager and some decent players without risking putting us back in the situation they found us and we still owe them £50 million, which they do not appear to want to take back as yet and still the mongs on here want to have a go at them because they have been supporting the club for a certain amount of time, give your heads a bang lads and realize that the money you pay only entitles you to put your asses on a seat provided by the club for a season and this is only a small part of the income the club has. Where does the rest of the money that pays for these superstars you as fans expect to see at the club come from, the club has to find the money through various means as they see fit or put their hand in their own pockets, yet again. So what if they do change the name to bring in more revenue to enhance and protect the club's future, would you rather see the club go out of existence or blossom?
Oh what a surprise, still not prepared to answer the question? You should run for local election, you'd be brill as a politician and at least the same standard as the current lot. If you had any actual and factual information I'd be interested to see it, and would happily make a judgement based on that, but at the moment, it just looks like speculation and conspiracy theories from you.
I really couldn't give a **** what you believe, it's not my job to convince you of anything, though I reserve the right to repost all of your 'pitchfork' bollocks when our name is changed.
Perhaps we should name the side after the most iconic and self important figure in Hull over the last 500 years?
I'll be disappointed if you didn't. S'ok I understand why you don't want to post a time frame/date for the changes to the strip, name and badge because 1) its bollocks and 2) you think I might jump on here on said date and and repost all your knicker wetting comments over those 3 changes that won't have happened.
If it wasn't for the Allams we could well have had a name change, going bankrupt and being swallowed by a nearby club. We already have Brighton and Hove Albion, we could have had Ferriby and Hull United. or Ferriby Tigers........ does have a certain ring to it.
