I was going to the Galtymore that night so headed into Kilburn first. I asked them in McGoverns to put the cricket on after the club championships.... I got a very short answer consisting of 2 words. I found another pub that stuck it on for me. By the time I got up to the Crown in Cricklewood every **** was cricket daft.
I watched that game in my local and spent most of the time trying to explain the rules to a load of Irish lads
