I think he could still move on, but I don't see this as a smokescreen. I also can't see him in France. If he moves it'll be domestically or to Spain imo.

I cant see any of the top clubs being interested in Rooney due to how over rated he is and I think if he is to leave then someone like PSG or Monaco would be the only ones stupid enough to buy the fat mess.
