I thought it would have been obvious that this would have been discussed, yet he still made a new thread rather than posting in one that is already talking about Austin.
Lot of people on their period tonight it seems. As has already been said, some, if not the majority, on here don't spend every waking moment on the forum and also have neither the time nor the inclination to wade through 15 pages of absolute ****e that have nothing to do with the title to a page, simply to check if someone has posted that Austin has a dodgy knee. I for one am pleased this has been mentioned on this brief thread; supports the argument that the threads should be kept to a few pages at most.
It's annoying when there's multiple threads on the same subject, but its even more annoying when bullshit like that gets moved into a proper one. Just let the **** die its swift destined death, and leave the debate thread as a debate thread. Tea one sugar and a splash of milk while you're at it thanks.
Now that the dust has settled on the Austin news and how bad it is for Hull City, Spare a thought for Charlie Austin himself. A dream in ruins and maybe a PL chance will not come around again. I feel for the lad at this time. Burnley gave him tuesday off to be with his family and friends at such a hard time. Bunrley lost 1-0 @ Morecambe last night when most of there players got a run out at some point of the game...btw.
Fantastic news It gets better too - http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/23255413 - nice one, City, you tight-arsed ****s So in the past 24 hours I've learned that: 1. Austin won't be signing (which is fair enough if he's failed a medical); 2. Even in light of that, we won't be going the extra mile for Hooper; 3. We're sticking with a 3-5-2 next season R.I.P Hull City's survival chances...
