Some of the grapes in that post sound a little sour to me?
    Would I be right?

Wrong thread, mate, I think you'll find it's Andy Murray who makes donations to charity, not a simple crab claw cracker!

If we started the season with just Becchio/RVW I would be worried but I do not believe we will start the season without at least two more forwards.

I don't think Becchio will be very close to the first team this coming season, whichever two strikers we sign will instantly be ahead of him.

To be honest with you I'm surprised we haven't been linked to more centre midfielders rather then offloading forwards, we do need players who can finish but it's the supply lines which are our big problem.

Nah, i've never rated Becchio. He won't do anything in the prem.

The only thing he has ever been capable of is getting the goals inside the 18 yard box but they generally are not pretty or well finished goals. I just don't think those opportunities will present themselves in the prem

fer would be a good start but if toivonen doesn't arrive we still need someone who can play that role. i'm intrigued to see who that player will be

We're too one dimensional in the centre of the park, Howson can play well but his got average vision, Johnson and Tettey can break up play and will improve but I was absolutely flabbergasted when I took part in the Pinkun debate and enquired about Biglia and the playmaker role, only to be told by one Archants hacks that Tettey was that player, I know Tettey struggled with fitness but I don't know who those reporters thought they were watching as he certainly hasn't got the passing range and vision for that role.
