    Hi all.

Me and my h2b are getting married in a few months and although I shot down his idea of getting married in the rangers kit (<whistle>) I would like to do something nice for him as he is a massive R'sss fan going on 30 years. If you was getting married what would you like your b2b to do for you with rangers in mind.?
We are not coming to England before the wedding so must be something I can either do myself or buy online. I was thinking of making a QPR garter but other then that I have no ideas. Any inspiration would be very much appreciated :) We are getting married in the town hall, not church. Hope you understand what i mean, english is not my first language :)

That is a very brave question on a predominantly male board. I apologise in advance for whatever Watford_R suggests !!!!

Is there any music that IS QPR? He went to every home game in 80's/90's not so much since he moved over here :)

I got married last year (exactly a year yesterday in fact!) and I had jokingly told my wife I wanted a QPR themed wedding. Obviously she pooh poohed the idea, BUT, to my great surprise, she had a treat in store.

The night before, she presented me with what at first looked like the waistcoat I had picked out to hire. On closer inspection, it turned out that she had purchased it from the hire shop, got my father to send her one of my old kits (with thicker hoops, a certain poster will be glad to hear) and sewed the back of the QPR kit onto the back of the waistcoat. She had also sewn the (old) crest on to the inside of the waistcoat, over my heart.

Brilliant, as I could look smart for photos and the meal etc, but for a bit of dancing later on I could have my QPR waistcoat on!

Top performance considering her only experience of QPR beforehand was watching us lose 5-0 away to Forest, and then draw 0-0 in the repeat fixture a year later.

Put on a QPR shirt for him that night! That dress is actually very nice and Im not the sort that usually says stuff like that.

Never apologise for your English, I wouldnt know its not your natural language and Im 100% sure its better than our Danish.

Thanks - it really was special! She's promised she'll come to a game now that we live in Bush. No excuses.

    Please put pics on line..
    Ok ...daft romantic story time.

hubbie knows and tolerates my lifetime love of the RRRs.
He has been once (4-4 draw with Liverpool)...hated it.....never came again...but to his credit he never stops me ging (even though his final words are usually something like...don't be too expectant...0-0 is a good result.....and things like that)

So when I gave birth to my daughter, he bought me an eternity ring (it is what you are suppose to do...lads)

it was blue sapphire/white diamond/blue sapphire...to represent the QPR hoops (he chose it so deliberately)...to say I was touched is a big understatement. Bit tearful just writing this.

Copenhagen, your English is far better than quite a few English contributers on this board!

That dress looks great, whatever you decide I wish you and h2b all the best...<ok>

Have a small QPR tattoo done?

Put QPR stick on badges on the sole of your shoes

Paint blue hoops around his penis white he is sleeping

Get married then relegate him to the spare bedroom until he deserves promotion

    Brilliant!!!

If you're getting married in London, and not rushing off for your honeymoon, then definitely contact the club - maybe try to arrange a tour of the ground on the day before or after the big day?
