Lacina Traore? Would you have him?

A really good target man. He's 6ft 8 but has decent pace and good skills on the deck for someone that tall. He's not a beast of an aerial threat in terms of power headers, but he works well with a team and his heading on goal is pretty good. Give him the right service and he will put a header on target.

He's a great player and I think he'd fit well into the side. Good on the ground, good in the air and a team player. He can be slot through or played directly to.

If we're going to spend 12+ million on a player to play along side Cisse, I'd choose him.

He's African, but there's no ACN next year, so the next time we can think about losing him for a number of games isn't until 2015. But he's rarely picked ahead of a number of great attacking players the Ivory Coast have. He's only got about 5-6 apps for Ivory Coast.

He can score all kinds of goals.

Never rated him, has always looked a bit second class when I've seen him play.

Yes, but against who, in what circumstances, and so on. I've scored around 34 in 18. But they're 5-a-side against mates. I'm still open to a move, though, if you can hear me Joe? JOE? Oh, wait, he's on holly-day.

 

I wouldn't have drawn attention to the amount of goals he scored if they were against league one sides.

But he's in the Russian league which isn't PL standard, but it's not ****. Plus you can see a player who hasn't scored that many goals but notice his qualities and buy him, because you have confidence in your belief that you can utilize his abilities better than his current team is doing so.

 

He was pants against us. Bet Shola could score more in Russia too.

 

Shola would bag 20 in that league.
