    Temperatures in the 80s, a perfect weekend in store weather-wise. I'm off to Hastings today for some R&R and tomorrow will be supporting the missus and all the girls in our family on their 'Walk for life' at Blackheath, she lost her younger sister to cancer in January so they'll all be wearing their T-shirts in her memory for a worthy cause. What are you good people up to?...

    Heading south myself ... Lunch with my boys at Beachy Head, Party in Brighton tonight and another family do tomorrow ... this is French weather at last

    Hopefully finding a way to get quality tests done. I've got some kind of gastro infection here in India. Been sick for just over a month!

    Off to rugby club shortly to watch the lions match. Into Sheffield to stock up on Pimms & bbq steaks then we're at the wife's sisters tonight for a bbq.

    Tomorrow is Grand Prix / Wimbledon / bbq & flip flops open house party

    Keeping out of the sun. it will be nudging 40 here later but looking forward to that first ice cold beer cooling my inside as it goes down. anyway have a good day and St. when your up at the Head dont jump, this season will be better. Oh, and you be careful in Brighton if you know what I mean.

    Good luck sooper. The quiz I ran last Wednesday, was to raise money for the Walk for Life/breakthrough cancer trust.....very close to my own heart too. Also I will be doing the MoonWalk in London next year...so I wish your family the best for today...great cause

    Me, just back from the local produce market (laden with fresh bread, home produced Wensleydale cheese),.......next up...Lions Test....then off to the Haddenham BeerFest (to drown my sorrows)....one of the best beer fests in the south of England....staggering home...sleeping
    Tomorrow F1, Murray final...who could ask for anything else

    Yes I could three British wins would be nice! (greedy me)

    Dancing with the girl this morning, now all the family are in Cambridge for the big day out. It's gonna be a cracker!! Have fun everyone....
