Although, this is the description of Junior Lewis...

"After an early career at Fulham, Junior (then known as Leon) spent several seasons at Dover and Hendon attracting the attention of League scouts. A player well known to Peter Taylor - City was the fifth club at which Lewis and Taylor worked together - Junior was a midfield powerhouse brought in on loan to add fire to City's 2003-4 promotion push and to cover for the absence of injured Ian Ashbee. The expiry of Lewis's lucrative Leicester contract in 2004 saw Taylor bring the big man back on a one year contract. And his form was generally good either in midfield or in defence. He's even had a game up front and looked half-decent.
In 2005 he was offered a further year's contract but without the promise of regular first team football. With the situation made clear Junior left City and returned South, playing once for Edgware Town before signing for Brentford. In September 2006 he was appointed development coach at Milton Keynes Dons (managed by Martin Allen, the man who signed him at Brentford 12 months earlier) and rejoined Edgware Town as a player.
Junior never shook off the City boo boy element that seemed befuddled by Lewis's gangly gait and "doing simple things well" midfield style. However the addition of Allen to the list of people willing to re-employ Lewis, suggests that the big man has plenty to offer the professional game as player, coach and motivator."

This suggests to me they don't have a clue!
