    It's an old article, written before Ferguson retired, things could be differnt now with Moyes there.

    The article also only mentions Anderson, Hernandez, Buttner and lindegaard. So no we will not be signing any of these.

    I'm not sure exactly where our "links" are/were. Whether it was just Joyce or something more.

    Either way, it doesn't look like a major clear-out behind the scenes at Utd - Ferguson, (who's still there in another capacity anyway) Phelan, Eric Steele and potentially Rene Meulensteen.

    I entirely assumed we benefited from the triumvirate of Joyce and Bruce calling upon good links with Ferguson. I really don't think David Moyes will have the same relationship with these 2.

    I could quite easily be wrong.

    I doubt any of the players we're linked to at Man U are first team players. Henriquez is probably the most likely, but he's hardly knocking on the first team door.

    It'll be players like Powell, Januzaj, Keane, Vermijl, Dæhli or Barmby.

    Not a chance. Hernandez will stay and possibly Evra. If Nani, Andersson and Buttner leave it will be back to europe.
