He'll still be sh!te in the Championship. They've now got a central midfield pairing of Sh!tehead and Leadbitter. Don't fancy their chances of promotion this season!
Kinda wonder what happened to Boro? They weren't a terrible team a few years back when in the EPL, i would have thought they would have come back up a bit sooner tbh. Mismanagement and misappropriation of funds have defo hindered them. Would rather see them in the EPL than someone like Stoke/Palace
He had his moments, best thing about him was we sold him for quite a tidy 5 million I can't see him leading the charge for the boro-ing
And he cost a whopping £150'000, so while your slagging him off bear that in mind. Was a cracking midfielder (was in the PFA team of the year in 2005) till he had a shocking injury, he was rushed back from injury too soon because we were in the ****e and had to play in an unpopular holding defensive or defensive/midfielder role. Still after leaving he us his career "slumped" and ended up playing for a team that consistently finished higher than us, played at Wembley and even went to europe whilst we did sweet **** all..................... Obviously numerous Premiership managers appreciated his qualities more than some supporters.
Tanks for that H M - - - - I for one appreciated what he brought to us in the first years. I won't say that he was world class but he was (for us at that time) a good box to box player, and I will never slag a player off for giving his best for us. Don'y anyone twist my words because at that time and place he was good for us. Would never disrespect any player that gave it all for SAFC. KTF
