My Daughter's ticket arrived on Friday ordered on first day of renewals and she is now a 'Mr' according to the ticket. you would think renewals would be straight forward!!!
apparently they sold each seat twice by mistake so had to toss a coin to decide who gets the Season Ticket.
Why are they printing renewed season tickets?? I thought the whole point of the cards is that they don't have to re-print anything, it's all supposed to be done electronically??
when i tried to renew mine, they had changed my name to 'Mr' as well. i dont know how the hell that happened. i noticed it and changed it back before i renewed!
lol they did reply to my email saying bring it to the window before a match to reprint but you do wonder how this can happen.
I have just got off the phone to the ticket office and they are printing tickets as we speak and they are saying the hold up is with Royal Mail as they are restricting how many they can send out in a day. Sounds a little fishy to me but its what they are saying.
May be something to do with a company rate for posting. Get a deal, but only so many a day, sounds plausible.
Have a mate that works for Royal Mail, it wouldn't surprise at all. Some of the stuff he says they do is shocking.
Like the attaché case-sized season tickets. There is a rumour that next season all applicants for a ST will have to bring a sack truck.
I received mine on Monday, having ordered it the day after they went on sale, so they clearly aren't sending them out in order of purchase date.
I ordered mine the second day of them being on sale. Still heard nothing so I calls today. He said my had been printed but due to Royal Mail or is somewhere?
