As we've just offered him a new deal and nobody else is likely to offer him a deal at all, I'd say there's zero chance of him being on his way.

    Shame.

Why has it not been confirmed yet?

Maybe he's waiting to see if he gets a late offer from Barca?

No to both. Macca is on holiday still due to his ROI duties and still has to sign his new contract. TC has a year left. In saying that TC could well be loaned out when we exit the coc.

We didn't have to offer McShane a contract. I'd be 99% sure that if Alex Bruce offered to every Championship side they be few takers. Even if we can't off load the others still doesn't mean we should let Hobbs leave. He's our third best centre half.

I suspect we're trying to find someone who'll give us some cash for Cairney.

We have 3 players who could have been used to sign Dwight Gayle as an example. TC being of them.

Doncaster want Scunny winger Mark Duffy instead of Cammy Stewart. <yikes> How much has his stock now sunk. ;) If Stewart does not come back into pre-season all guns blazing then he will be lucky to get a game with North Ferriby Utd. <whistle>

Scholes retired as he wasn't enjoying playing for England as he was often played on the left. It is reported nearly once a month how much England wasted Scholes's talent, his performances for England where half as good as United as we didn't know how to use him effectively.

On the Evans front i don't rate him tbh, he had one good game against Leeds the rest of the season he was average and he was diabolical at Bolton, probably one of the worst performances i have seen from a centre mid that day.

I dont really rate evans but he does put a foot in which is good to see, cairneys commitment is shocking, but his feet are quality if we could mix the good bits from both players we would have a class player as we cant then i dont think either are on the level needed for the pl
