Don't see us going after Ince if the Mkhi deal is agreed. Really really really would love to see Sakho come in. A monster in the back.

Atsu is more likely if we do sign a winger.

I just hope the Ryan rumours are true.. Also hope we don't get Ince, would much rather Alberto, Ibe, Sterling or even Suso get a few chances.

Sakho would be a huge signing for us, think I'd prefer Papadopolous though if he's definitely over his injuries.

Not convinced that the Ince story is a new one; most likely just rehashed from months ago. Can't see us going back in for him after just signing Aspas and Alberto along with the options we have available.

Aspas, Alberto, Sterling, Ibe, Suso, etc think we have more than enough now. Throw Mikhi and no way. Still think we could use another striker, CB, LB, and would love it ( doubt it) a DM/CM just someone with a bit of steel to add to the midfield.

Don't think there is any room for Ince. I also can't see him coming to us if he has to fight 4/5 other players for a game. He seems to want to be first choice so more likely to go to Cardiff.

With the signings we've made so far this summer, I can't see us going near Ince again.

Let him sign for Cardiff and take the rumoured sell-on fee and put that into other signings!

...and Downing, Borini, Suarez can play there or Hendo even, plus Enrique has proved more than adequate cover LF.

Ince is a non starter. Almost certain we won't be going for him unless Suarez leaves, but I doubt Ince would be our first choice replacement somehow.

Unless it just means we're planning on shipping out Downing (there is interest, amazingly enough) later. Currently we seem to buy then sell after to avoid last season's disaster. But then we'd have a really inexperienced and young forward line.

2.8 would pretty much land us Llori I think.

  11. Don't want Ince. Don't need Ince. Won't be first choice. However, I'd happily welcome him if it meant Downing was ****ing off!!!

This. And if he does well for Cardiff then fair play to the lad, his career defining gamble paid off.

Can't see us going after Ince unless Blackpool lower their demands considerably, hence why we're now after Atsu is more experienced and cheaper.

I rather we go for Atsu for a cheaper price, gain a better player and also receive money from the Ince deal should he go to another club. Almost the perfect transfer scenario.

Assuming figures banded about are correct, Atsu will be as good as free? Given that we're prepared to pay up to £3M for him and we're likely to get £2.8M from Blackpool should the Ince transfer to Cardiff go ahead..

  17. What if we were to buy Ince and immediate loan him to Cardiff for the season?

Buy Ince for £8mil, loan him to Cardiff for the season. If we've got a 35% sell on clause, that will make the fee a mere £5.2mil.

He'll be worth a load more than that if he gets 10 goals, and by then we might, just might, have convinced Downing to **** the hell off. Then we get a seasoned, proven Prem player who'll be worth at least £15mil.
