Right, I might consider changing my right back and a Midfielder from Stanley to Rangel & Callaghan to Michu.

    GK - Roger Freestone
    RB - Angel Rangel
    LB - Dzemal Hziabdich
    CB - Tommy Smith
    CB - Ante Rekovich
    MD - Leon Britton
    MD - Robbie James
    MD - Michu
    LW - Nathan Dyer
    CF - Bob Latchford
    RW - Alan Curtis

    -------------------- 1) Roger Freestone -----------------------------
    ------------- 4) Chris Coleman --- 5) Ash Williams-----------------
    2) Rangel ------------------------------------- 3) Dzemel Hziabdich
    ------------------------ 6) Leon Britton ------------------------------
    ------------------------ 8) Ivor Allchurch ----------------------------
    7) Alan Curtis --------------------------------------- 11) Cliff Jones
    ------------------------ 10) Lee Trundle -----------------------------
    ------------------------ 9) Trevor Ford -------------------------------

Chico nearly got in instead of Coleman and Michu in front of Trundle but decided they couldn't be picked on the basis of 1 season.

Trundle's in because he entertained me so much and gave us all hope again. Robbie James made way to accommodate.
Haven't seen enough of James (whereas I have seen lots of video footage of the other old timers in my team....with the exception of Trevor Ford....Curtis stood out in that Toshack team for me), Trundle meant a lot to my generation.

What's incredible for such a small club who only won our first cup this year is that I could pick about 5 top class teams.
Swansea and the surrounding areas truly are a football hotbed.

So, I can't really talk about the older times...
I can really only talk extensively about Jacket onwards.
So on that basis my team is
    Vorm
    Rangel,Williams,Chico,Davies
    Dyer,Britton,Bodde,Anderson
    Michu
    Trundle

    Bench
De Vries, Borini, Scotland, Sigurdsson, Pratley, Lawrence, Taylor

I know that is our current back 5, but who realistically gets in ahead of them. Taylor/Davies Monk? Edgar? Austin, Amankwaah? Rickets(Maybe) De Vries made some unbelievable saves in league 1!
Our midfield..the wingers were a tough decision...Routledge was fantastic last season...And probably should be on the bench instead of Sigurdsson. Hernandez? Butler? Orlandi? gower? Leon? Macdonald

Michu along with Bodde are 2 of the most naturally gifted players we have had.
When Bodde was at his best, he really was the best player in the league...and would be doing the same in the Prem...I had always thought that he would be one of the best players in the Europe if he had carried on...As is Michu.
    Pratley is the engine
I went for Trundle because he scored the goals! Is he a better footballer than Borini...No, Scotland is similar to Trunds...

Looking at these players, it shows how far we have come in such a short space of time!
To have to play the likes of Tate, O'leary, Amankwaah, Austin, even Gower!
