He was a cracking player fantastic energy good ball skills and could put a pass on a sixpence ( 1p todays coinage ). Very sad indeed Chelsea are not helping considering the cash they have.
The club could easily afford to throw something his way, but I'd have thought some of the fans might have got together to help out a bit when he's in the dire mess he appears to be in.
