So in the biggest surprise since we found out Liberace was gay, it seems that Brian has got sell players before he can buy them. Perhaps the only really marketable ones are Byram, Lees and McCormack, but are there any others that we could realistically sell, or at least get off the wage book?

The likes of Kenny, Varney, Drury, Norris, Pearce, Green and Brown are presumably going to sit on their cushy contracts, particularly as a bigger club is unlikely to come in for them.

Diouf might attract some interest but we wouldn’t get much from a transfer fee, ditto Morisson if Millwall were daft enough to sign him.

Peltier, who signed for £800k last season (remember, that was the season where Warnock says he had no money to spend), is unlikely to be bought for even half that figure. Aidy White at least has time on his side but it seems daft to sell a player who at least has a bit of potential.

So basically we a ****ed unless Sheikh Mansour goes insane and decides that Rudy Austin is the missing piece of the Man City midfield and lodges a £10m bid. What a total shower.

We'll swap Ross for Rob Hulse if you're up for it? <ok>

Afternoon fellas. Am I missing something here? Where is it written down that Byram has to be sold to allow BMD to bring in more players? Even so called transcripts haven't either named Byram or done anything other than confirm the need for Wheeling and dealing. That in itself isn't confirmation that Byram is definitely on his way.

Here you go mate - think most have realised that McDermott has said he wants 5/7 new faces and Byram is the only assett that would attract offers over £500k <ok>

Important line at the bottom "If the club get some investment over the next month then there's a possibility that we can do deals - and I know that everyone is working very hard behind the scenes to make that happen."

Byram we would possibly get 1m as uncle tom cobley and all know we are skint so very difficult to gat a decent price for anybody probably sell Pearce to Bournemouth yes they have more clout than us get 250k for him Lees swap deal at best and ditto Morison dont back us for promotion the likes of Forest Leicester even Bournemouth will be above us so sorry to spell it out so cruelily but it must be said

Lets face it we have not got a small squad, so we are bound to want to move on some squad players to free up places & wages.
I personally want to see a couple of Midfielders coming in, but we have 10 on the books already with the Academy prospects.

Some of the current deadwood might stay and play really well under BM, he seems the sort who can motivate & inspire.

White, Morison, Norris would be the three I would try and sell, we might get a few peanuts and a bag of crisps for them

Nobodies mentioned any names but we all know whats coming. Yet another bright young talent gets pushed out the door to fund mediocre signings for a new manager who hasn't been given the resources he needs.

I blame the fans - if they hadn't forced your messiah Bates out of the door you wouldn't be in this mess!!

If we could persuade Huddersfield to take White, Norris and Brown in exchange for Adam Clayton I'd drive them there myself <ok>

Another shocking decision by Warnock <doh>
