U20 World Cup - Bigi Watch

I see the youngsters are off to a fine start inrestoring some pride in our national teams

Unfortunately Bigi entered the fray in the 89min so didn't have much time to contribute bar being on the pitch to witness the late equaliser

 

Bigi being kept out of the team by an Everton player who hasn't made a first team appearance. The NE bias continues

 

I guess it's better to get a minute on the field than sit on the bench the whole time.


Not much better of course.

 

I don't really buy into the North East bias thing too much bar the press. However it is baffling that someone who made a big an impression as Bigi did in his first season can't get in the team. You'd think his experience is probably a bit ahead of the rest. Fair enough he has loads to learn but I would hope they all do!

 

You do have to question how someone with both PL & Euro experience can't get into the U-20's team. They must have a terrific squad if that's the case and yet they can only draw with IRAQ !!!. ( Bigi come home )

 

This is why I give not a **** about London FC... also know as England.
