I'm not motivated at all - I just have discipline. Whatever it takes for me to force yourself out of bed and get my lazy arse to the gym. It's either that or sleeping in 'til midday, playing fifa, eating, and then going out drinking.
I work at the village (not in the gym mind), if you must go during peek times avoid us like he plague, if not then there's nowhere better IMO. Or get a job with us and its free
My motivation is hating the rush hour commute in London. So I go in early, use the university pool or run around Hyde Park. Plenty of showers in my department and ready to work by 9. I'm down about 2 1/2 stone since just before Christmas and feel and look much better. Not changed my lifestyle that much, just little and often on the exercise front.
