May I suggest that maybe the groundsmen felt that the stadium had a very heavy pre-season last year and cut up early doors?

Possibly why we're playing away until the final friendly...?

We played Bayern Munich in January once. We drew 1-1 at St Marys.

Bloody typical. Last year Evian and this year Austria and Spain. I started a new job in Feb where my two "local" offices are Beaune (not that far from Evian) and near Frankfurt! Was hoping of a little game against Lyon as part of the Dejan deal and that is one if the airports I fly to.

I'm about this ][ close from writing a little tricks and tips thread / post so that members can know, from the day they join the forum, how to link to websites and articles, bring in photos and videos, etc... The only thing that stops me is that those who can't do it already will be the ones who won't click on the thread.

 

Someone needs to rewrite the Newbies guide as well. It still talks about our crap start to the season. Unless you know something I don't

I cannot even open links from this thread now. Since my son loaded gunk on this computer it has gone haywire. Have removed some of it and it's improved, but can no longer open links on not606...never mind post them (as if I could). Computers are just plain weird.

 

Perhaps TSS would like to add a tips and tricks section to the newbies guide? I think we have enough stickies now!

Would be my guess. I suspect that the original format was hard to arrange...do other teams want to play 2 x 45 min games in the week before the league starts.

You could do it as an announcement like on the Hull/Swansea boards so there's one less sticky. Don't ask me how.
