    Alfred N'Diaye
    Cabral
    Elhadji Ba
Alfred Duncan (If we get him)

4 big, strong, coloured (no racism intended), CDM's.

No-one else see a pattern here?

isnt calling them coloured racist in itself, or at least it was for Allen Hanson on MOTD a couple of years back.

political correctness gone mad if you ask me though.

If I called a white man white, would that make me racist? No, of course not. I'm the furthest thing away from a racist person.

For the problem is, something gets deemed racist on how it is recieved rather than how something gets intended.

    Not saying you are.

Replace the word 'racist' with 'naive'...

but if we are being pedantic, black and white are not colours, so you wouldnt call a white man coloured so why call a black man coloured?

like i said it doesnt bother me in the slightest, but it may offend some.

You need to brush up on what's acceptable fella, that term is incredibly dated, it hasn't been acceptable for twenty years or more. I'm not having a go, infact it's ridiculous this culture of getting offended on someone elses behalf, However you could get yourself into trouble the way the net is these days. I know no racism was intended. Political correctness has gone mad.

    What a load of bollocks.

To call a black man black, is not racist, nor does it offend them.

This country is a ****ing joke.

So is this board mate, the Op started out stating we have 4 CDM's then it quickly turned into a racism debate cos of his use of words.

Aye, I remember a while back having a running battle because I said the French people I'd had dealings with had generally been lazy ****ers.

That was me making a statement of fact relating to the actual folk I'd met, and I was a racist.

    Suck my ****ing balls.

Many, many white Englishmen are lazy ****ers, so maybe now I've said that, I'm racist against my own race too?

'Oooh I read about this in the news, so I'm gonna make out like I actually give a ****'.

    Bollocks.

I have a black brother in law and they are black men. Not coloured, brown, dark etc. They are black as we are white.

It would seem to me anybody refering to a black guy as coloured is trying there hardest not to offend . But it is a dated term and some people jump on it just to point this out .

Most black folk I've met & I've met plenty prefer black than coloured.

We all know the main racist terms...........................but.
What about words like paddy to an Irishman, Jock to a Scotsman, Taffy, Wop etc, etc. Are these racist or acceptable?
    Because I don't know anymore.

Sometimes folk are frightened open their mouths in case some pc ****ing do-gooder gets upset at something that's **** all to do with them.
