who knows.. Sweden midfielder Seb Larsson is attracting interest from four Barclays Premier League following his release from Birmingham, according to his agent. One of those clubs is believed to be Sunderland as manager Steve Bruce worked with the player at St Andrews. Offers: Larsson should be signed up with a new club very soon according to Per Jonsson, the player's agent 'By the first or second week in June, everything should be sorted out. Four clubs from the Premier League have made approaches. There is no problem finding a club in this case. The problem is sorting out which club it is.'
Think you're right Roger and he's likely to get more goals. He had 4 last season - better than the majority of our lads.
Well lads, here's a 'big chris' moment for you..... A very good friend of mine, who is an ex-Leeds player, and who still plays semi-pro, was at a do the other night, and Mr Seb Larsson was presnt. Mr Seb Larsson told him he loves the north east, and loved working for Mr Steve Bruce, and he is waiting and hoping for an offer from Sunderland. I've been posting long enough for you to know i don't make **** up, so i'll stick my neck out and say this one is a certainty (unless Bruce don't want Seb). Apparently his bird is about a 37 out of 10, incidentally.
Great news BB, although I'm a little surprised that the club have not made contact with him yet. He would certainly bring something to our game with his delivery from set pieces and crosses. I hope SB goes for him.
This was last Thursday mate, i was out this afternoon with the lad, and he told me then, so we could have made a move since. His agent plugging him to us makes a lot of sense now.
One of the best ITKs on the SMB said more or less the same thing. Or even firmer. Nice to have it confirmed by one of our own, Bruceys.
Probs got his info from the same do mate, it was somewhere over Durham way. There were a load of Boro players there apparently, and not related to us, apparently Liverpool are trying to get the Boro keeper, Jason Steele, get on skybet!
I read today he wants to concentrate on the international match, and then wants a week to decide, this was his agent talking.
He's a decent player, and what he will offer us is the weapon of decent delivery from set plays. His value to US could be immense.
What you have needs to be improved on no doubt to progress and I don't think he's any better than your current lot. Free kicks - overrated. Only 4 assists this year, dunno how many came from free kicks, 2 assists last year
You can't always take the assists table as a guide mate. He was credited with 1 assist against us at the SOL, but anyone who was at the game knows he had 2, his free kick did the damage, but as there was a scramble, the assist didn't go to him. Assists are only credited if it's the last touch before a finish, so a freekick or corner nodded back accross wouldn't get the credit. His delivery is outstanding, and that's what we need.
Why don't you just f*ck off and worry about your own f*cking s**t football team, and that fat c*nt that owns it - you f*cking bell-end. Lol Bart
