@tancredipalmeri: Sunderland close to define the deal for Lazio's defender Cavanda, according to Sky Italy http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Luis_Pedro_Cavanda apparently he is fast as **** and we are crying out for a right back http://www.gianlucadimarzio.com/calciomercato/lazio-incontro-col-sunderland-cavanda-puo-partire/
He's only played 11 games in 2 years. Wickham has had more playing time. Hope Di Fanti knows what he's doing. 6'3" that's a big arse right back.
were did you get that from pal? I heard he played 14games last season and as soon as he said he was not willing to sign a contract around the halfway of the season stage he got dropped to the reserves to join diakite
the link you gave. it say's he was on loan at bari and made 8 appearances. year before that he made 3 appearances at Torino.
it is Wiki though. Can we get any definitive stats? I can't find any decent sites. Type something into google and it almost certainly give nothing that you're looking for.

That's what they said about Greg Halford who coincidentely signed for Sunderland 6 years ago today. :-/
Not good in my humble opinion, if this lad cant get a game for his parent club then we re targeting the wrong players.
There is a big difference to not getting games due to a contract dispute and not getting games cos he isnt good enough...
One of the better sites for player stats is called Soccerbase. Put in any team and gives a list of full squad, click on the player and gives the stats. According to them 11 appearances......(+ half a dozen in Europa league)
Lorik Cana now plays for Lazio and had a whooping 16 yellow cards last season - still consistent you have to give it to him.
