On the BBC match page: SUAREZ LATEST Stand by for some more comments from Liverpool's seemingly wantaway striker Luis Suarez. Uruguay are playing France in a friendly in Montevideo and despite being on the bench until half-time, Suarez has put his nation ahead. Will he give a post-match interview or two? You bet he will.
I have to say I feel a bit like Bluff on this. Watching Suarez score that goal didn't have the same effect on me as it would have done a few weeks ago. I'll still think of him technically as ours but I'm mentally preparing myself for what seems inevitable now.
Welcome to the forum brench . Good to have you here. Sturridge's injury is pretty bad. He'll miss the start of the season, I'm afraid.
I really don't think, with 4 years left to go on his contract, that he will go. We will put our foot down and Suarez will stay another year. But if he does go it will be for £50m +. He's worth too much to us, he must make the club a fortune in merchandise plus he's the only thing that is world class about LFC atm/
Where have you read about his injury? cause i can't see it, some1 told me toady that on talksport they said 6 months!! surely a wind up
After nearly three years of trying the press have got the scent of blood now and are in for the kill. It would take a monumentally strong effort by the owners of the club to resist this and prove to Luis that he's loved and appreciated by others than just the fans. So far, FSG have not shown that, and certainly not when the likes of Samuel, Holt and lawton simply whisper 'We'll toxify your brand'.
