I have been a supporter for the Tibetan people now for all my adult life. I worked in the region in the 1990s and met and was able through my NGO to support Tibetan refugees in Bhutan including a Tibetan School. I have been deeply moved by the case of the Tibetan nation and the oppression of the Chinese Government who are currently looting the country of its culture and mineral resources and have flooded it with millions of imported Han Chinese "immigrants". There are now more Chinese in Tibet than Tibetans. I also met this last year a man who as a boy monk some years back fled over the Himalayas into India risking death if caught. They made a secret film of his escape But the reason I am posting this is I have just discovered a new Tibetan football shirt in Watford colours available to buy: Could be a simple and unusual way to support their cause. I am going to get one: http://www.enlightenedgifts.org/tibet-football-shirt--pre-order-614-p.asp Cheers now
I didn't even know Tibet had a football team TBH, you learn somthing new everyday!!! Who are the Scottish club that play in Yellow and Red shirts with Black shorts?? Partick Thistle is it?? Or Montrose??

The 2008/9 Partick away kit is rather horrid. There is a video on the Tibetan football team and their (Danish?) coach somewhere on YouTube.
Lovely shirt and will stand out from the usual Man U etc shirts you see everyday. Perhaps Watford should sponsor them in some way? Hopefully the Tibetan will rise up one day and bite the oppressors.
Doubt it - more a case of in about 600 years time they'll probably be in a position to hold a referendum regarding independence.........
