10 million is a lot for swansea, he must realise that. But if the player is worth it i think we should go for it! It shows lack of ambition from our board if we don't go for players that will seriously strengthen our side and able us to compete in the league as well as Europe.

Laudrup is on vacation. The day-to-day contacts with the board is handled by his (erratic) agent. What's the big deal? He'll be back from his holliday in a week or two. New players will come. And the new sseason will start. Only problem at this stage is if Ancelotti won't go to Real Madrid, Zidane will prove too inexperienced and ooops they have £ 10 mill - and THEY may come for Laudrup...

Still I find the tone there harder, comments are not as thought through and I guess I just prefer hanging out here (in spite of the old women here too)
I don't think he will leave if some sort of compromise can be agreed and i think that is more likely to happen than not imo.....I cant see him wanting to leave his players down at this stage and is more likely if the season goes bad to leave in January than now....Of course if he cant get any compromise then we cant really blame the man if he says sod it i cant be bothered with all this...I know jinx can be very stubborn and sometimes situations has to be taken out of his hands for the good of the club and im hoping this is one situation that this should happen and get it all sorted one way or another now......Im off to america on saturday for a while so i hope everything is sorted and we get the players we need and ready for the new season when i get back.....

So there's a disagreement on the max we should spend no one player. Surprise surprise. I bet Huw said 8m max or something. We all know we need to spend 20-30m on 5-8 new players. Just wait and see. Not a lot we can do about it. Anyway, I'm off to Vegas. Red or black?
