As i'm sure most of you are aware, i've done the match threads for the past two seasons. I've liked doing them and they've always received solid feedback from you lot and fans of opposition clubs and that's appreciated! But next season, I don't think i'll have the time to do them. I'm hopefully off to university in the summer and I therefore don't think i'll have time to do them on a regular enough basis. To be honest, I didn't really have the time at the back end of last season and that probably showed as other people had to fill in for me as I haven't had the time to get onto here let alone write up a match thread. So this thread is basically an opportunity to let you decide who wants to take over from me for next season. If the person who takes over wants, I can give them the basics of my match thread. (Setup, links to certain websites etc.) So does anyone want to put themselves forward?

Good luck at Uni Chris Thanks for doing the match threads, I like Gerrez never actually read them (at least not all of it) but it isn't hard to see how much time and effort you out into them so it's very much appreciated. Hope you do well and Uni, would be nice if you could pop by now and then .

Good luck at Uni mate! Just about to graduate myself, my only advice would be to make the absolute best of first year, then knuckle down and make sure you don't waste 3 years of your life on a pointless degree. Other than that you'll have a great time. All the best

Jaffa did a couple some time back. Muppetfinder would do some good ones, so negative they might be good.
There are a couple that will be willing to have a go. Failing that, it'll be a quick "Official Match thread" and "go..." threads
Wicked job mate well done. Your theory about not having enough time now you're going to uni isnt't really true though. I graduated 2009 and I can tell you i have miles less time now than I did then. I used to spend hours playing bass, champ manager, oblivion, girlfriend. Not now! Respect your decision though.

Cheers for all of the comments! I shall still be around but I don't think i'll be around as much as I have in the past couple of seasons. In and out but not a proper regular like I have been since I joined a few years ago. And for those of you who are asking, I shall be studying Business Management & Economics! You may well be right mate but I thought I would give someone else a chance to have a go at doing them anyway. I've done them for a few seasons now and it seems fair to give someone else a chance to do them week-in, week-out.
I'd be up for doing them, though any matches on a Sunday I'd have to put the thread up on Friday as I work on a Sunday.
Dole-ite specials: £20, go bar and buy one bottle of Smoirnoff ice (sp) and eight shots of tequila (£1 each), down all the shots one after the over and then drink the bottle to hide the taste = skint but hammered for a while Edit: I should point out that I am talking fourteen years ago or more here
