With Sir Alex Ferguson leaving Manchester United, and a a big revamp backdoors with the staff, it looks as though it could be the Season that a new Club steps up to the Premier League title spot. We have Manchester United, Manchester City, Everton and Chelsea all with new Managers. Obviously all the transfers out and in have basically not even started yet, but at first impression, who do you reckon will win the League?
if Moyes sorts our Midfield out and replaces Rooney with a top striker than Id expect us to at least put up another challenge otherwise cant see anything other than Chelsea winning it.
Jose needs to sort ours out too. You've got four good forwards, why do you need another... what's wrong with Roon?
Obviously very difficult to say until we know what squads the contenders end up with. Nevertheless I have voted for City, as I expect them to strengthen the most. But could be Chelsea, could be Man Utd City Utd Chelsea Spurs Arsenal Liverpool
I agree with everything Jamie Redknapp has said in his recent column regarding Manchester City. Pellegrini is a great Manager (Villareal for example) and is bringing in the stylish, fast-paced attacking players that are needed to muster up a decent enough squad. Fernandinho and Jesus Navas are both World Class players. A great statement of intent. However, should Mourinho bring in the 3 forwards that's rumoured (Hulk, Jovetic and Cavani) that would make Chelsea a force to be reckoned with. Manchester United can't be ruled out just because of Fergie's departure either, Moyes still has a great squad to work with and apparently has around £100million to work with (with possibly more should the likes of Rooney leave for pastures new) he could create another title winning side. Fellaini, Baines, Cesc Fabregas, Cristiano Ronaldo are all rumoured, and would definitely add to Manchester United's firepower. Arsenal, Spurs, Liverpool and Everton will have their usual battle for the last Champions League spot/Europa League spots, and I can't see them winning the title.
