Possibly more realistic than others of us....... http://davidmcintyre.wordpress.com/2013/06/03/end-of-season-ratings/
Can't disagree with any of ratings/comments - lets hope the lessons been learnt & time to get rid of the wasters, add a few young-un's & move things forward.
Pretty much spot on; just hope he's wrong with his final sentence about Redknapp: "...he’s certainly not the right man for the situation they’re going to be in."
Dave Mc spot on as usual. Only thing I disagree with is Redknapp being an 'outstanding manager' though everything else he says about him is bang on
I don't agree with a lot of what he says here as it's a bit lazy and easy to go with the flow ... We were a rubbish team but these are very good players we have here. Bosingwa is of course unpopular but he isa very talented composed footballer still and will move on and play good football again. The team was rotten that of course is the facts we finished bottom. I do not agree about Park's legs being gone at all in fact he looked the fittest player we had at times! Really daft article written for a newspaper reader IMO In time I am sure all these players if they leave will mesh into good sides and regain their own reputations that have been destroyed at QPR QPR as a club is the one thing that has to be ranked and I give them 2/10 as it was a disaster from the top and we deserve to be called a joke ... this **** about its being the players and then ranking each of them is totally wrong ... QPR it is clear was operating like a disease and Messi would have looked **** playing for us ... in time however it will be forgotten but at this moment we don't have a football team and as that is the important thing getting back any creditability and success is once again a complete lottery if we rubbish these players... I harped on about our team spirit when we came up and the fact that we would do well in a winning team ... so we destroyed this brought in the best squad ever and rapidly became the worse team of all time at QPR ... these are the facts IMO
My point is that Mourinho is back and I doubt if he will buy loads of players ... he will manage those he has and I expect them to do well unfortunately. I could make a list about the Chelsea players and a few would only get 4 points ... Ok a gulf in the teams but the principle is the same .. a good manager works with what he has and doesn't slag them all off!!! ... it doesn't help when us fans make lists. We went down because Harold didn't do his bloody job IMO
Spot on...a good manager buys well and builds a team. A world class manager, tinkers with what he has, adds a few where necessary, but develops from what is already there. Not guaranteed, but I've always wondered if a few players, where needed, were added to our Championship winning side, would we have found ourselves lingering in the bottom few for the past two years? We will never know...
