Great city. Too many cities I haven't visited to make an informed decision as to whether she is the greatest though.
I picked all the realistic options. But Chichester isn't a city so it can still be the greatest town along with Portsmouth as the greatest city!

Aha, you say that but Chelmsford has a cathedral and was only made a city last year! But I didn't realise Chichester was a city, you learn something new every day.....
There are elements of Portsmouth that are very attractive - obviously the dockside area and old town. On the whole I prefer Southsea to Portsmouth. And before you all start, I dated a nurse in Pompey and spent all my weekends there in the 80s - had some fun times.
I live in Arundel and we have a cathedral a church a castle and a co op so that makes it a metropolis. We also have 1 or 2 Antique shops a **** load of old people and far to many tourists through the summer. As for pompey Gun Wharf is good but the rest of it Meh!!!
It's the Arundel cricket festival this week Kitchy. Sussex are playing Slurrey. Are you going to go? Early lunch at the Black Rabbit followed by a Luke Wells century, I hope!
