Did you see the Belfast one the other week? Have a look at the audience, I've never seen such a bunch of ugly mutants in my life
I didn't. I've been trying to dodge it recently if I'm honest - nothing makes me beel like Question Time.
They had some great bits in it: The Sinn Fein guy was introduced as Sinn Feinn/IRA (on the little name thing at the bottom of the screen). The DUP guy got made to look like a right *****. 98% of the audience looked heavily inbred.
"By far the most popular and widely read newspapers at the BBC are The Guardian and The Independent. *Producers refer to them routinely for the line to take on *running stories, and for inspiration on which items to cover. In the later stages of my career, I lost count of the number of times I asked a producer for a brief on a story, only to be handed a copy of The Guardian and told âitâs all in thereâ." - Peter Sissons, Former BBC News and Current Affairs presenter
Well they're not going to base their news coverage on the contents of the Daily Mail, there is anti BBC story every day in there - I found this one in about 20 seconds http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...rporation-downplaying-violence-Islamists.html
And just reading the comments on that Daily Mail article makes me want to like the BBC, just so I'm not in the same camp as all those mongtards.
Whether the BBC is left or right is not the issue, I don't understand why the **** we have to fund the bastard, why should I be made to buy something I do not want
You conveniently miss the point They are supposed to be a neutral broadcaster and should report facts, not newspaper stories/opinion
You don't have to pay Just make sure you ignore their letters and don't let their agents in your house or have them see/hear your TV from outside
Whether or not you like the BBC is irrelevant to whether or not there is a left/right bias. The views of former staff are relevant. Excuse me if I take Peter Sissons' word over yours.
"On the death of Mrs Thatcher the BBC interviewed Gerry Adams! That's their impartial voice is it? The also failed to explain that they could not interview Arthur Scargill because he's in dispute with the NUM. - Tess Essex , East of England, 29/5/2013 16:33 " I was in liverpool that weekend. What a weekend.
