Anyone remember David Strihavka and Chris Brown? I swear Brown scored more against us, once he moved to Preston, than he did for us! Strihavka was meant to be this exotic, foreign striker, but he only scored once and lasted about six months.
Anyone else remember Willie Young simply hauling people down and conceding free kicks from which the opposition scored!

Brown was an odd one, I'm sure his record before he signed was pretty solid, and he was a fan favourite when he moved on to Preston, he scored far more for them than us. From what I can remember, it wasn't for the lack of him trying with us, and he looked ok, things just never fell for him (or his movement was poor, or our supply was shocking)
Aaron Wilbraham - who is probably the worst Hull City player I have seen as well - scored a grand total of 2 goals for us I believe
He made some cracking videos though, especially the one with the teenage girl and a few of his mates. To use football terminology, he should never have been allowed round the back like that, and the defence stood there ball-watching! In all seriousness, glad to see the back of the idiot.
For a single game, one of the contenders has to be Ruel Fox I can remember an early game and it looked as if he did not know which direction he was meant to facing. but of course things improved immensely
Like all clubs we've had some real donkeys in the past, but my vote has to go to a 'goalkeeper' (I use the term loosely of course) Theoclitoris
This is the bunch Fotheringham played for after he left us http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anorthosis_Famagusta

not read the whole thread but i'll go slightly left field. danny mills now ok, he ended up having a very good career and played in a world cup for england, but anyone who remembers him playing for city will remember a useless bag of ****e. maybe not the worst player to EVER play for the club, but definitely one of them. paul dalglish was ****ing useless too
Wow this thread is like a trip down **** memory lane. My entry - Alan Gow, so mediocre he made bread without butter look like a gourmet meal.
