FFS keep the handbags to the jack board. good for laudrup to get his excuses in early. 'He said: "Unless we find a couple of hundred million pounds I think last season we achieved nearly the maximum we can in terms of the table. "There are always things you can improve, but there are not many higher positions we can look at. "Even consolidating is going to be very difficult."' why doesnt he resign then? do you want a coach with a pessimistic outlook like that?
also, lads, you accuse us of arrogance, but this is off the scale. http://www.not606.com/showthread.php/213950-Liverpool-agree-fee-for-£8m-Aspas-!! your coach admits you've hit the glass ceiling with 9th place, yet you believe a player going to Liverpool is going there putting ' put money ahead of football'.
In plain KKardiff talk old fella .FECK OF YOU PIKIE ................................Take a ban with pride with Aber for saying that you GYPO prick
Nothing new here, same thing said but in a different way, he tries to engage in debate but can't veer off his usual modus operandi which I pointed out earlier. He uses this post to say again that he staying on topic, but nowhere in the post does he talk about the topic, contradiction! such is the need to show what a good boy he is. He once again asks me to explain myself to him, as if it his right to know and I must oblige( delusions of grandeur once again, this is my clubs board not his), you can almost feel the restraint he is using in an effort not to show he is throwing a hissy fit. Is this really Aussie from the old 606, seems a bit weak in comparison.
Aussie - selective recall for you again I see. I notice you haven't copied and pasted this time which has been your forte in the past. Probably because I did not call Jack posters pricks - just you........ In fact, I didn't even do that. The name calling all came from you and your sidekick Norway trying to prevent discussion with other jack posters who were shouted down. On the thread, you questioned my schooling in your usual "prickish" manner, and I replied that at least my school curriculum didn't include "how to be a prick" like yours obviously did. Furthermore, I went on to say that I had made a mistake and you had actually failed to pass that particular exam, but had obviously gone on to get a degree in talking bollucks. Sweetblue - following up your earlier comment, his board is **** only because of his and a few other's anti Cardiff **** posted on it. No reasonable discussion is allowed with “the enemy”. They've turned their board into a closed shop for them to talk amongst themselves. So different over here where we can always allow and even tolerate their ramblings as part of a free speech forum. They have carte blanche to post on this site, but get apoplectic if you have the temerity to post over there. Their mods are not a bad bunch to be honest, but can't rein them in. Such is their hatred, they won’t tolerate any Cardiff contact on their forum with those who wish to chat and just shout them down. Cartoon was a prime example and got jumped on to the extent that I think he's quit the forum. Posting over there is like walking into a minefield. Done with them myself. Unless the likes of Ash and Graduate step up to the plate and warn them off for ruining their forum as a discussion vehicle, they can talk amongst themselves. We should definitley let Aussie continue to post across here though despite his crap. As Hilts has already said - we need the laughs.
God forbid we should have a board like that Sparkey. Agreed, some very good posters from the Jack board and they are always welcome on here. Aussie has always been a bit of a clown(not in the funny way though) and I can't think why he wants to spend so much time on our board unless he shares some of our views about his board? Same with Drag-On Phill, they can't stay away and are probably posting as much on this board as theirs. I've only been on there to wish Ash well and I am glad to see he is in fine fettle again, hopefully he will not be put off by the goings on with his fellow board members. Aussie is welcome to post, I wouldn't advocate stopping anyone, this isn't a communist board is it, free speech is encouraged here
Hey Phil - haven't seen your reply to my query. Where are those odds I asked for? I might want to take you up - or are you just all hot air? Someone with such strong convictions should be keen to make a bob or two out of a cannon-fodder supporter..........
Hi Sparkey - haven't quit the forum although did consider it. But have some good (virtual) friends on both the Swans and Cardiff boards. Had to have my say last week about the infighting and uncalled for name calling, and came in for a lot of flack, but also had quite a bit of support. Am pretty thick skinned so was not too bothered by any abuse that came my way, and at the end of the day it's just keyboard warriors and nothing to worry about! Some good and bad on the Swans board and though I can't understand, or want to be a part of, any anti Cardiff bitterness, occasionally the forum does what it is meant to; function as a place to discuss football and the teams we love and support. So will continue to post over there, and also over here - petty rivalries aside have always found you lot pretty level headed and able to distinguish between genuine banter and disingenuous petty point scoring! So will wish you all the best for an exciting season ahead and will visit you to congratulate you on your victories, and maybe indulge in a little banter when you lose. But I think you know me well enough by now to realise that anything I say about said defeats will be with tongue firmly in cheek! You guys are in the Prem on merit and I wish you every success in every game apart from the ones against us!
Called freedom of speach on our boards ,a prick like jock musty trying to do a wynd up .......,lol ...dick
Balanced and objective as ever Cartoon. Don't be a stranger. Keep him company Daiswan. An exciting and entertaining season ahead for both, though I can imagine a nervy and difficult season for us if not for you. 6 weeks of rugby first though.
Cartoon and Dai...... I must say Cartoon that I'm not one for constantly back patting "the enemy" - that would be step too far for me, but your level headed approach across here (and over there) strikes the right chords for those who like a chat. As far as you are concerned Dai, you are a perfect remedy for both the more "gentle" approach type of Cartoon and the venonmous twats that inhabit your board and are inclined to vist here. In other words you are the perfect banter poster for me - give it and get it without the spiteful **** surfacing and spoiling the interchanges. I know some others over here take you the other way, but then that's what these forums are about -a chat and a laugh, not bloody ethnic cleansing. Keep coming over guys.
Sparkey, with Ash building bridges as well, we've got our very own Three Amigos. Find a few more and we can have the Magnificent 7. You can decide your own nominees for The Good, The Bad and the Ugly!
Not many of the first, plenty of the second, and fecking millions of the third down there.............
Back to the thread , Swansea 10-14 with a long run in Europe. Cardiff 12-16 Any of this could change before next season but if Swansea strengthen their attacking options and a center defender i think we can hold mid-table and have a bit of fun in europe, I also have a feeling Cardiff will do ok their first season as long as they dont do a QPR and try and change the whole team in one go. Im looking forward to watching 2 welsh teams next season and hopefully both can over perform.
Will Swansea fans back any tough decisions Huw Jenkins has to make in the coming weeks..............? Wonder if Gary Monk has decent contacts.................
