    It's a little more distorted than mere proportion. The lives of women and female children are worthless in Islamic countries, and men can get away with pretty much anything they want. They are centuries away from true emancipation.

    I must admit to some fog myself. I know the girl went missing. I know the whole community looked for her. I know that stupid, terrible news presenter Kay Burley broke the news of her suspected death, on air, to people before it could be done privately. I think that Bridger has some connection with the young girl, but then I know nothing more.

    I remember that Kay Burley incident but didn't realise this was the same case. I don't pay much attention to these things as I really hate the media circus around them. It's like some sick form of entertainment to some people.
