    What about that ex Man U striker who managed Wales and then Man Citeh?

    For a moment I had to make sure it was England playing and not us. Both very similar - full of overpaid mercenaries with the odd exception and can't play football.

    Ahh you mean Aidan Mc Geady, the Scottish Irishman. That's OK then.

    26th March 1985 was the last time England beat Ireland in football.

    Since then, we have played 6 times with one Irish win and 5 draws.

    Not a bad record for us. 28 years unbeaten.
