BBC Says 10 million pound bid for Eriksen made by Dortmund. Wasn't far off with my 9 million pound prediction. Dortmund bid in high, BBC says Liverpool are out straight away.
Surprised Jozy Altidore didn't get a mention, scored 31 goals in 38 games this season for AK Alzmaar. Nice read though.
I only mention players that had more than two decent seasons and are likely to be sold this summer. Altidore is a talent, but I can't see him leave AZ Alkmaar this summer. I also ran out of characters to make the blog longer, 10.000 characters was max. Else I would have included him and Finnbogasson.
I will take back everything I've ever said about Levy is he manages to poach Eriksen from under the noses of Dortmund. Never going to happen though. Why can't we ever sign any of the players I want??!! It's not like they're completely unrealistic targets! Also, Wilfred Bony looks alot like the lead singer of Bloc Party.
If Dortmund sign Eriksen for £9m/£10m then we're stupid not to have made an offer and try and nab him. I've rated Eriksen at £15m-£20m so for an offer of £9m or so being accepted is mad on Ajax's part, even if he is out of contract next season. He's the creative spark we so desperately lack... A no brainer of a signing to me. As for Bony, not a clue who Bloc Party are but have you seen his thighs?! Like ****ing tree trunks!
Sure, but he was 19 and playing for Hull, don't think anyone on their team could score. He's 23 now and he's got great scoring record the last two years for Alzmaar. Think he had a pretty decent season at Bursapor the year before he moved to AK Alzmaar. It appears he's improved a lot since he's been playing in Holland, and it's only a matter of time before he moves to a bigger league. I think he'd be much more successful in England now.
