Well the PL has been finished for all of 2 weeks and already 2 England friendlies this week, and though playing Ireland and Brazil will be entertaining to a degree. Is anybody actually botherd about these matches or is it more games to add to our players after a hectic season? Suppose it will atleast break up the lack of football till new season!
U21's will be amazing, until I heard the news about Zaha, him and Mcmanaman out is making it tougher for us before it starts
Clubs spend all season complaining that there are too many games but as soon as the season finishes we see clubs going of on tours and international games being played. Makes no sense
Haha I don't see the problem they have to play the friendliest at some point? It's not affecting your cricket either!'
Do we need a twelve month football season? No, not really. I just don't understand the 'addiction' some of the posters claim to have on here. I get bored of football by the end of the season and, as was mentioned on another thread, the season starts too early and ends too late. And the players are all utter ****s.
I think Ireland and Brasil will both be tasty games for different reasons.Wouldnt of minded going to either and Im old skool United when it comes to england.Btw I think the Con-Feds cup is live on BBC (TBC) during the prem rest so lots of footie to tide us over till the champions come back in august.
England playing a 4-4-2 again... What a surprise. Hart, Johnson, Cole (C), Carrick, Cahill, Jagielka, Walcott, Lampard, Sturridge, Rooney, Oxlade-Chamberlain.
Spot on, mate - I think international friendlies are a waste of time - what benefit are they to anyone?
