Being laid already, with new undersoil heating and sprinkler system. Apparently usually takes 8 weeks to put down, they are trying to do it in 4 to allow time to bed down before kick off in August.

What's the betting at cock up central it won't be ready, or they find a site of archaeological interest in the process?

On the plus side, we will get to see Clint's silky distribution skills on a billiard table surface at last! And SWP and Mackie will doubtless get the ball under control on the 3rd or 4th touch now!
 
You bugger, I had intended to do a - quality team 'take the field thread'. but I can't now.

you can add a few others to your list SB, Hoilet springs to mind, then gets injured.:1980_boogie_down:

Lot of sand in the photos, don't know if this a good thing, but will it plug the hole in midfield?

Well if Baldrick and the Time Team turn up, they'll struggle to find any evidence of quality football having been played recently on the site.
