Agree, I don't think he's done jack ****, one or two decent runs but other than that he's loosing the ball up his own arse.
Sickening way to lose such a vital game by 1 pen, but the comedian holloway goes up so should give us some laughs next season ?
I can honestly see us getting at least 4 points from each of the promoted sides next season. That would leave us needing only 28 points from 35 games to stay up again. The only thing that would worry me is if we have to play them after a tough midweek Europa game but that's why we have to recruit some squad depth. Be nice if the fixtures panned out for us to play the top six in games after Europe, which we might be expected to lose/draw in any event.
Speculating on where the points will come from is all well and good but the three sides coming up will strengthen and nothing is a given at this level. All the clubs below us this season will buy and I don't think we'll see the more established sides below us struggle as they did last year .
Its going to be a tough season for most of us from WBA down to the promoted sides....the others are a class above us and wont have any problem other than fighting for the title and champions league spot...
I see us maintaining mid table, only if we make some quality signings tho. 2 strikers 1 winger, 1 midfield and 1 or 2 CB will do it. Depending on Ash
So glad to see Palace win! Can't stand the way Watford's owners have conducted themselves with regards to loaning copious amounts of players from Udinese! That being said...I think all 3 promoted sides must be hot favourites for the drop, not a lot of talent there (that will be there next season anyway), massive transfer window needed for them. Hull to be gone by Xmas I think
Palace ... They'll undoubtedly improve with new players but no Zaha will be a big problem. TBH (not nasty because I have a soft spot for Palace - family reasons - and nothing against Watford) but that play off game was seriously, worryingly, short of quality.
