I hear that Blackpool have given us permission to talk to the Winger, hope it's true, as I rate this lad highly, but more importantly so does Laudrup!...............<cheers>

I can't see this, his father would have a huge say in where he'd go, and can't see it being us.

I'm not saying he won't , but I'm sure that the likes of Liverpool and Utd would be after him if it came to it, and lets face it we can't compete with that.

Well we have been given permission to talk to the lad, so maybe his father thinks coming to us would be a good fit for his son, and to be honest so would I, and I'm sure Tom would relish some european games too, we had a 7 milllion offer turned down in January, and I know we are behind Spurs, and Liverpool with the bookies, but you never know!................<ok>

Didn't Liverpool sell him to Blackpool ? And for only about £1M I think . I don't think they'd try and sign him or else they'd end up looking like right silly buggers.

Man Utd on the other hand, well we can't compete with them financially that's for sure.

Spurs are the favourite with the bookies at 4/6, we are 12/1, and Liverpool 5/1!......................<ok>

Jager he was supposed to have gone back to Anfield in January?? By the way Dilli, they let him go for £250,000 as part of the Charlie Adam deal? .........<laugh>

Back in January the Scousers were talking of paying £4.5 Million, but Spurs are prepared to stump up £6.5 Million and hence why they are the bookies favourite at the moment for the summer transfer!.............<cheers>

PS: Tom Ince wasn't good enough for Liverpool, so they gave him to Blackpool, now they want to pay £4.5m to get him back?............

Did I mention that the Scousers have a 25% sell on clause for his next transfer?....................................<laugh>

By the way Liverpool have moved on to Wigan's McManaman! So I think we are doing a sneaky one!.......

But in a way we can if he wanted first team football, then we would be the club to do that at. However, didn't Paul Ince say a while back he valued his son at the £20million mark?

We can't guarantee first team football to anyone, if he's not good enough to be there he won't get a game

He'd have a better chance here with us than at Liverpool or Utd. And let's be honest, the way Dyer and Pablo have performed this season it wouldn't take a Ronaldo to oust them from the starting 11.

And the Argies said the Falklands is theirs... look how that turned out! <laugh> But I agree that of all the known interested parties so far it is the Swans who provide the best opportunity for him, he would be all but guaranteed first team football here.

Lets be honest we are linked with Ince now every transfer window. Would love him here, but not going to happen. How long before Emnes is on way.

I can't see Man U being interested, as they have Zaha joining them. So it would be a big surprise for me to see him go there.

More good scouting tactics from Brendan - "I think I'll watch the Cup Final today on TV and see if I can spot any good players".

Unless of course aswan we are after him ourselves. Seems the only logical explanation for him to be interested in a player <laugh>

Jager, Paul Ince will back his son to come to us and Swansea (Europa league and all ) will be an adventurous and positive step.

He'll be a greatly welcomed signing too.

I anticipate some high calibre Swans signings on the way over the coming weeks

    end.

Our style of football relies on wing players, I think Routlage, Dyer, Hernandez and Lamah is not the quality in depth we need with the extra games next season. Especially that we sometimes plays 3 wingers. I think this will be an awesome welcome signing. Now two strikers a midfield and two CB. And we are set!
