Mosques getting attacked around country O/T

Lived in London all my life and you are the first person I've heard of to say this , London is a joke not safe at all carnt wait to get my family away from here . As for what happened to the solider my thoughts are with his family and friends r.i.p

I think that the reality of the situation is that the muslim mosques were not being attacked up and down the country. The reason being is that many people are becoming wise to the true agenda. Many people are no longer accepting the picture movie and as a result, are beginning to stand together.

The irony of this situation is that more people will be brought together.

 

A) Stephen Lawrence was not a drug dealer ... He was a 6th form student
B) Not all Muslims are to blame for 2 Muslims being murderous thugs.
C) Do you blame all Catholics for the murders committed by the IRA ?
D) Do you blame all Christians for the murders committed by the yorkshire ripper who said god told him to do it?
E) Do you blame all those who live in sunderland for the ****wit who pretended to be the yorkshire ripper on the infamous tape which meant the police were sidetracked and another 2 women were murdered as a result?

Presumably you think all white men are child abusers or rapists after reading about jimmy Saville , Stuart hall, max Clifford, jimmy tarbuck , Jim Davidson, the 2 men off coronation street, rolf harris, etc. Or do you just save your pig ignorant **** views for Muslims?

Every Muslim leader, along with every other British Muslim has said they don't support murders and have been appalled by this horrific incident.
I live in woolwich and the last thing we need is racist ****s blaming all of us for something that we had **** all to do with. I have children, they go to a local school, i work in a local school ... We are every much part of the community as any one else...

Its not a bowl of cherries over here either - was working in Newcastle (NSW) couple of hours north of Sydney when out of a shopping centre car park come two gangs one chasing the other they were Aborigines and Somalis both were tooled up with axes and one had a sabre - I thought wtf - this country mirrors the Uk in so many ways it just takes 10 years longer to feel uneasy.

 

Don't know about anyone else but I'm far more worried about what the EDL will get out of this. Anything that empowers them is very troublesome and will only lead to grief.

 

Half of us will attack, half of us will defend. No right or wrong in some people's eyes.. What we can say for definite is that a young man's body lies dead on the street.

All religions should be separated from power.If a religion confines itself to it's members going to a place of worship and offering praise to a higher power that doesn't exist,apart from in the imagination of it's members then fine.The next step up is the Church of England and Catholicism where the church actively seeks to control others in addition to it's members via the running of schools and the dictation of social policy.At the top we have certain religions that ostracise others for not being members and actively seek to harm those people because of their non belief.I can only think of one in that category offhand,but there may be others.

I got slagged off on the Norwich board for raising the Nazis but thinking about it they actually fit that third category quite well.

Well said and agreed with. I reckon every sane minded and rational person will support this.

However, to simply dismiss the threat that does exist from sections of the muslim community is naive in the least. The difference with what you say is that no-one is openly making protests, voicing their support, or posting their support for any of the extremist views of the ones you mention above but there ARE muslims marching on our streets supporting this kind of action and preachers that encourage more of it. There are no placard waving *****philes marching for the right to abuse kids, or Christians (or any other religion to be honest) that are marching to say British people should burn in hell?

Of course all Muslims are not violent terrorists and to suggest so is ridiculous but the muslim communities here in the UK have to start to self police and assist in rooting out the rogue elements that are carrying out these atrocities in their name. Failure to do so will, I am afraid to say, result in yet more hatred and reprisals from equally misguided indigenous fringe elements of the UK population. Do i want to see Mosques burned or muslim communities attacked? Of course I don't and neither do the majority or law abiding citizens but there is a tinderbox atmosphere now in the UK and it won't take much to ignite this whole thing into full scale problem imo.


I really fear where all this may be heading and unless the British Govt get a grip on this it will spiral out of control and make no mistake, we will all be the worse for that ladies and gentlemen. Both muslims and the rest of the UK population together.

My great, great grandfather watched as his friends died in the Boer War. My grandfather watched and bled as his friends died in World Wars 1&2. I watched as my friends died in Sierra Leone Bosnia, & Desert Storm. Our sons and daughters watched & bled as their friends died in Afghanistan and Iraq . None of them died for the Afghanistan and Iraq Flag. Every Briton died for the British flag.

At one school, foreign students raised a Middle East flag on a school flag pole. British students took it down. Guess who was expelled...the students who took it down.

West London high school students were sent home, because they wore T-shirts with the Union Jack flag printed on them.

Get a grip. White men are the most privileged group of people not only in England or the UK but in the entire world.

The UK has its problems, dont get me wrong. But when idiotic statements like this start circulating, which aren't based on any semblance of fact and are used just to insight a nationalistic fervour I am so disappointed. The UK is a country of tolerance, its a country that has been built by immigrants, whether from India, Ireland or the Caribbean. It has been a shelter fro those who have been running from war and strife.

Lets not forget our own history of going into another persons country and trying to change the culture. It wasn't that long ago when we had an empire. When the British Army fought against unarmed civilians.

There is no excuse for the barbaric acts that took place a couple of days ago, but nor is there an excuse for mindless thugs going on a revenge spree.

We live in a liberal society. We live in a society where the poorest aren't left to rot, nor do we live in a place where the sick go untreated.

This isn't just YOUR country, its ours. Every last one. White or Black, Christian or Muslim or Hindu or those with no religion at all. Whether you are a Monarchist or a Republican, Labour or Tory. All of those types of people fought and died so we can live in the society we have now.

I was in Dubai and one local spat on my girlfriend in 2005 because she was wearing a tight fitting, sleeveless top. I grabbed the guy by the arm and used his hand, then his t-shirt to wipe his spit from my girlfriend's shoulder. Never, ever have I had to show such restraint in all of my life, but the lesson I learned was that I was in their country, I should really just bite the bullet, play by their rules and tell her to cover up in public a bit more. If that happened in Manchester, I'd have opened his head up without even thinking about it. Thankfully for me, most of the immigrants in this city tend to play by the rules. They respect that they are on foreign turf and they appreciate that this country is diverse and it's not possible for everybody to be the same.

For me, if I was to get pissed off at religion going too far I'd end up going insane. I don't think it's fair that ANY of the taxes I pay should ever go towards any religious building/monument or so on, because it's the equivalent of donating a portion of the country's budget to the tooth fairy in my eyes, it's that simple. I am though, able to see the good in most religions, and that it can help people to be better people, on a moral level so that offers some means of justification to me.

People in this country get pissed off because there are no answers to the problem. You can never filter out a dick head in any environment until they have been exposed. If we could identify them prior to them being a public dick head, then they'd all be taken care of. So by default, you look for the most logical solution to the problem and unfortunately whilst the intelligent people are at a loss to any solution, therefore remaining quiet, the thick bastards raise their ugly heads once again with suggestions of 'boot them all out, that's the answer'. Of course it's A solution, the same as dousing yourself in petrol and setting yourself on fire is a solution for being cold.

There's a British soldier in a box now, which has given this lion of a nation a toothache, but we'll move on together 'as British people do best' and the terrorists will ALL die having failed to bring us down.
