    Fully in support of PDC.

I would rather see lower division or foreign players who buy into his methods and play for the shirt rather than the overpaid, lazy, shower of ****e we have seen the past few years

As I've said on another thread I think the bloke has really messed up here.
He's trying to treat grown men like kids and his approach doesn't reflect well on your club.
It's also not a good advert to potential signinings that, if they have an off day, their boss could hang them out to dry in the press.
Top managers like Fergie and SBR always dealt with things discreetly behind closed doors and as a result commanded respect.

im behind paulo. of all our managers of recent times i think he is the only one who has the same sort of passion as the fans. will he say the wrong things some times because of this? probley yes. but i think he deserves a chance having kept us up. we were pretty much dead and buried when he took over, we had a team with no confidence and couldnt see where the next result was cgoing to come from. we did limp towards the finish but we stayed up, and he beat the scum and everton to do it. if he sees problems behind the schenes im happy that hes trying to tackle this head on and change the culture at the club. things cant have been right as this season shows and we deserve better. i think di canio is trying to deliver this too us. and at least hes entertaining and not coming out with the same old tired excuses every week like mon was

I've always been a great believer in keeping discipline "in house" but as others have quite rightly pointed out on here Bardsley was the one to make it public when he posed for the photo's & was happy for his marra to post them on the net.

All the one's fined had broken club rules, turning up for training still pissed from the night before, a minutes notice due to gross misconduct for most people.
Turning up late for pre planned meetings with a simple "couldn't give a ****" shrug of the shoulders.
Phoning in sick & then making himself uncontactable by the club medical staff.
Leaving training early without completing the sessions.

As for top managers like SBR, didn't you lot hound the man out?

I've defended Bardsley to the hilt but I can't in this matter.

Shhhh William, you're not allowed to say that. There's no living mag who ever heard a thing said against him. We were all just imagining those chants.

Rubbish. This sort of thing goes on at all but the top clubs and needs to be highighted by characters with strength like PDC. Show the bums up for what a lot of them are. Highly paid - lowly skilled and very fortunate people.

I wouldn't **** up at work (or out of it either!) if playing footy for a living as good as these guys get. I hope Bards never gets another job as well paid as he is here and eventually regrets his actions. Nowt great as a full back anyway... was a trier, I'll give him that. Other clubs will have taken note of this. Liar too. "I was going to give the money to charity." ****e.
