What I meant was, the things he's saying about the club, the players needing to respect it and act with dignity. He's saying all the things we have been wanting to hear for years. It's like he's one of us. Doing the wrong things..... I just don't think he's doing the right thing by openly putting all our problems out in the public, it should all be dealt with in-house. I've just got a nagging feeling it may come back to bite him. Of course though its only my opinion and I sincerely hope, he proves me wrong!
only time will tell mate I do think though that every player that he has rubbed up the wrong way needs to be gone this summer, if thats 3,5, 7 or 9players they all need to go its easier said than done shifting them on but if we can they all need to go they quicker Paolo gets his squad the better regardless of the possibility of it taking 3, 5, 7games for us to gel
Yeah agree about them players need to be gone, however, the other players could still be affected by how he's doing things.
Surely you lot learned from Bruce and more recently the farce at QPR that wholesale changes just never work. There might be an argument that if you buy top quality players it could work, as essentially they should be able to play with anybody but you've got a manager who has only just started plying his trade at this level, it would be a disaster to change 9 or even 7 players. I'd assume the ones he would really want rid of are: McClean Larsson Bardsley Bramble Wickham Gardner With the exception of Gardner, you might get away with replacing that lot as none of them offer any sort of consistent quality. I doubt much that you'll get rid of all of them though, some of them will be on big money with no chance of getting a similar wage elsewhere. The problem is, if they're all coming together and trying to form a clique and dig their heels in, and do things like report him to the PFA like has been reported, I reckon he'll walk before the season even starts. The nature of the modern football agent will make this summer a living nightmare for Paulo and his blood pressure!
Mate, I would happily keep Gardner and Wickham. I would be pretty gutted top be fair if we sold Wickham. He has never been given a proper chance and I see so much potential in him.
Why do you always talk about cock for? ****ing puff you like & by the way I don't hide behind any accounts. if you had ****ing brains you would know who did them fake accounts. plus why would I hide for when am always right?
Looking forward to the future, Di Canio plans to put the accent on youth and athleticism in his summer signings and will sign pacey, powerful centre-halves to compete against, and to support, 32-year-old OâShea and 31-year-old Cuellar. the point being?
