PDC was right you can lose in the right way, team played very well, looked organised and played like it mattered. Agree with most comments about Colback put in a good performance but he will always be a fill-in fullback, not good enough to be a genuine no 3 ( or 2 )

His last three performances, especially today's, says otherwise.

It had that feeling like Man City at home.

Blood, sweat and tears from the majority if not all of them.

Was almost expecting us to nick it in the end.

Not to me , got to be looking at Rosé standard and Jack is nowhere near that, decent at "back to wall" defending but hasn't got the qualities needed for a modern game fullback

Yeah I agree. Why bother giving players their debuts in a game that means nothing??? I can't work it out.

    Oh wait I'm not a bellend, I don't agree.

Bale had two half performances against an aged full back who hasn't played more than 5 games for city and everyone shouts because he's only on our tv's. If he does it for 3 season on the bounce as per the rest I will take note and say yes, Bale is up there. But not yet. There are players in league across Europe and the world that are better it's just we don't see much of them.

Give over mate, he's been amazing this year. He has single handedly won Tottenham many a point.

Apart from Messi and Ronaldo, who's better?

Sorry.... But to name a few..

Robert Lewandowski, Neymar, Javi Martínez, Andrés Iniesta, Xavi even Xabi Alonso but to name a few..... They don't need to score goals to be world class.

All have had the same Impact on their respective team/leagues... I'm not saying Bale is a bad player but he's no better than the above mentioned.

Bale is one of the leaders of the 'chasing pack' for me. He's still light years behind Ronaldo and Messi but he's in the next set down. It doesn't help his cause in debates like this that he's not endearing to the fans of neutral clubs because he's a cheat, and I think a lot of people are questioning him and his ability because he can't be taken as seriously as the others because he plays for Spurs. Spurs are not in any shape, way or form on the same level as the other clubs who have players in his bracket, so people are choosing not to believe the hype until he proves himself and wins trophies - I'm in that category.

I'd stick him in a little two man bracket with Neymar and ask him to make the step up and prove he's got the bottle for winning everything and doesn't just wanna be a big fish in a little pond.

Rose is, imo, future england star material. If Rose get the experience and mentoring needed, he'll be better than Baines. So yes, ROse is better than Colback, but Colback is still bloody good.

I have only seen this Brazilian wonderkid 3 times but every game I have watched he has been utter w*nk. I am sorry but wonderkids should be performing week in and week out. Would prefer Milton effing Nunez compared to what I've seen of Neymar. May, and probably will, prove me wrong but on evidence seen so far he's not worth £5 mill never mind the £50 being bandied about.
