United fan that knows him reckons it's happening and lumped £450 on it

    His Twitter account: @KingJonno12

Don't usually believe all this Twitter malarkey as half of it's made up crap but none the less still a fairly credible rumour to keep us entertained and Mancs cacking it.

Why wouldn't he want to come to the 2 x European Champions with soon to have the best manager in Europe at the helm.?!?!?

I guess he could go back to United and play under such a trophy magpie like Moyes <whistle>

He he. Lets hope it happens then.

On a more level headed note, can't see it going down too well with the likes of Hazard - who I reckon will make a major impact next year.

who wouldnt want Ronaldo in their team, but would worry that it would hamper Hazard who has the potential to be one of the best

Depends if he would come in to play left wing or as the central striker

And I am pretty sure Hazard would prefer to play with a player like Ronaldo than not, both can play either wing anyway

If you can spend about £70mill net after winning the CL and then still go out and spend £60mill on one player in the following year after getting knocked out at the group stages then FFP really is useless.

I can't see it happening though, you'll end up with Schurrle.

Calm Down lads. David Johnson is usully quite accurate and he is genuinely friends with some United players ( Welbeck being the best known ) but hes got previous for making up rumours ( as hes fairly well trusted ) in order to alter odds for him to place bets on.

doubt hes bet anything on Ronaldo to Chelsea but by telling people that he has he will create a frenzy of bets on Ronaldo to Chelsea while the odds on him going to united lengthen.

Lets be honest here as well, Ronaldo will never play for another English club bar United. Will he come back to United? **** knows. If he doesnt he wont play in england again.

Will Newcastle have enough money for him after they've signed Rooney?

I thought everyone in Madrid hated Ronaldo for being both Portugese and better than they are at everything they do.
