He is pure box office and has lit up the club since he arrived. That he managed to fashion the 8 points we needed with a game to go is remarkable and he deserves all the plaudits that he is currently receiving. His passion and humour is a welcome relief for sure and this is a great picture. However, lets not get carried away. He has a mammoth task this summer to turn the shambles of this season on its head and as a relatively inexperienced coach, there is a huge expectation upon a young managers shoulders. I for one support his attempt though and cant wait to see who comes and goes and who actually stays? Gonna be an interesting few weeks ahead for us all and never a dull moment.
I'm sure that he will be given the customary half a season to have us in a European spot I couldn't believe that some of our so called "fans" on other forums and radio phone ins were calling for him to be sacked after the Southampton game He'd only been in the job for 6 weeks FFS!!!!
Crazy or what? Unless disaster strikes next season and he loses the first 10 games or something daft, he has to have 2 years minimum. I dare bet though that unrest will strike if as you say Dorset we are not top 8 at Christmas? Some 'fans' should be shot with ****.
Incredulous. some fans (all clubs), are pig ignorant. I'd dispense with the **** and use something that hurts a bit more. or put them in stocks for a day outside the club on match days and let regular fans have their say.
I thought you said you and your mates were not going back the other day (or something like that)? - or was that post poor match "feel like ****" that we all suffer from
