AKCJ is bitter and jealous. Lesta wont find it at all easy next season either. I expect a few of the Foxes better players to move on as the vultures pick over there squad.
Not really mate, I take each season as it comes, no matter what League we're in. Who expected us to go up this season? I didn't. That's why I can't understand your comments, every season is different. Look at those who came down last season who most people expected going straight back up.I can see KS coming here even if he only sees it as a stepping stone. I think a lot of people are going to be surprised who SB brings here, he's got the pull.
Yeah, in a similar way to the way you were lumping all your money on Lesster getting promoted at the start of this season?
So why say / think that we shall come straight back down then ? We are in great hands with Steve Bruce. Just watch us.
Funnily enough, not every person supports Hull City. There are thousands and thousands of people who think we will go down. The only people who think/hope we stay up are our fans and club.
They all said it last time. They were all wrong. And we have a far better chance this time. And it's ridiculous to start predicting things based on current squads, over half our first team squad haven't even signed for us yet.
ill just enjoy being there, if we stay up then great. As lambretta man said we haven't signed anyone yet and might just surprise some people. With schmeichel, I'd like him to join but if we did go down I think I've would be first to leave. I'd rather have speroni.
You are Leicester, of the Championship. There will be no que of £4M pound keepers lining up for the job outside Pearson's office door when Peter's son leaves.
Yeah I know, that was my point. I didnt say we'd go down but Id wager the vast majority of football fans - including AKJ - would think that we will, no matter who we sign. That's the immediate assumption of top flight fans, they know **** all about anything outside the Prem and simply assume all promoted teams will be ****e. Every year the hilarious Lawro predicts the 3 promoted teams will go down (unless it's a 'big club' like Newcastle or West Ham) despite the fact I dont think that has happended for about 15 years.
Until we know the entire squads of all PL teams (we still don't know the 20th team) at the start of next season it is impossible to state who has the most chance of being relegated. At the moment I would be veering towards betting on Southampton being one of the 5 sides constantly in the bottom places throughout the season, then there could be the surprise side like Aston Villa were this season in terms of constantly in trouble, Sunderland is an unknown quantity as would be Watford if they go up. The thing which Leicester fans have to remember when they say we'll be relegated is we do have an experienced PL manager who in the past managed to get bargain signings of decent overseas players, and I would be looking at maybe 10th to 15th place as achievable next season.
