Haven't kept up that much with our youth teams and apart from Harriman, are there any ones that we can hope for within the next two season? Or even in next years 25?

I went to the youth team game last night and a few players did stand out - unfortunately only one I know by name - Peter Skapetis a striker. Looks a bright player and quick.

Also the LW and LB players looked very good.

I think the left back is Emmanuel 'Manny' Monthe, from what i've heard he is a human tank and very skilful and quick. He can also play in any position.

That must be him - he was massive. Slow to get going speed wise but when he does you cant stop him.

Max Ehmer seemed to have another successful loan spell, this time at Stevenage in league 1. He's played a few seasons at that level, wonder if he'll ever get a game in the Championship

He's a centre half, good lad, used to play against him when he was a boy. Must be alright now as he's highly rated by teams in league 1, and he's 21 now so I would expect him to wanna push on and try and break into the first team

none of them will get in the 1st team. they're prob all good enough, it's just we don't bring players through anymore.
ehmer is better off staying at wycombe and playing for the 1st team instead of rotting in the reserves for us.

Thats definately the guy Judo is talking about. He does look look like a real prospect. He tired near the end but he was a massive presence. Big, powerfull and fast.

That's one of the worst things about the 25 man squad system, particularly in relation to our relegation. Would much rather have seen some youth teamers given an opportunity rather than playing these wasters.

25 man squad doesn't account for players under 21, some any of our youth players can actually play

Redknapp Said he wants to bring youth through ranks when talking about U18 success. Maybe our wish will be granted!

The closest he'll get to it is somone of Haim's age and someone who has played for him previously

its all very well saying we should play them but most of them cant get in league one or two teams. the teams we play at youth level are poor im afraid. light years away from producing stars with our acedemy

I disagree with you. I'm not saying there are a plethora of players who could jump into our team next season but there are a handful whom we could give a chance and might take that chance well. Sometimes players need a chance in the right team, a team they really want to play for. Under Warnock a few of them impressed, especially Harriman for me.

We'll never know unless we give them a chance. Sending them out on loan to a club they're strangers to is not the same. But will there be enough space in the squad next season? I don't know.
