Took my son to local hospital we were late 10 minutes this old stuck up cow came running out saying "we cant see you now because your 10 minutes late "i flipped normally quite calm but not being spoken to roudly by some jobsworth so anyway went down to the reception and put in an official complaint who do these people think they are ffs!
