    MR MIKE DEAN

Much has been made of the referee tonight, Arsenal's record with the Dean is played 15 won 1!
This season Dean has been in control of Arsenal's defeats to both Bradford and Blackburn and was referee at Wembley when they lost to Birmingham. Corruption? Bias? Who knows but whatever the reason it makes no difference tonight, Arsenal jut have to win or draw despite Mr Dean. I wish Mr Dean a successful and enjoyable evening.

Just another reason to make us more paranoid.

I know it probably doesnt make much difference in this day and age but he is from the Wirral which is next to Liverpool, Wigan is pretty much on Liverpools doorstep (conspiricy theorists start now)

yup, as if lie wasn't hard enough....that's a ridiculous refereeing record. I heard the arsenal fans moaning when he was set to ref this one and now I understand why. fook.

There'd be a collective scratching of chins from you lads if he awarded Wigan a penalty in the 96th minute and they scored to win 1-0...<laugh>

Panic not fellas, I reckon Arsenal will win comfortably tonight...<ok>

I hope you are right Jimmy, but my arsehole is already having convulsions..

I would say well done on staying up mate, but hardly a success for either team is it?

I think it's a case of get this season out of the way and onwards and upwards. It's all very disappointing because I'm sure we all thought we'd both have decent seasons but it's been absolutely dire on all counts, from our perspective I'm not sure that next season promises to be much better unless everyone involved learns from the mistakes made.

The fact you are relying on Arsenal to win a match should be of great comfort to yourselves. I cannot see anything but a draw at the worst tonight which would keep you up (barring some weird turn of events)

If anything weird were to happen, it would happen to Sunderland, always does.
